Infrastructure & architecture

The platform that holds what the business needs to build.

BRILER is not a hyperscaler and not a cloud catalog. We design, modernize and implement the technology foundation a solution or an organization will actually operate.

The problem

The system grows. The foundation does not.

Some infrastructures cap the next product, databases become the bottleneck and architectures go untouched because the cost of changing them is unclear.

Sometimes cloud is needed. Sometimes the platform has to be redrawn before anything is built on top. In both cases the problem is architecture, not a vendor logo.

What BRILER does

Design the foundation for a solution, not resell a cloud.

We work the architecture, data, deployment and operation a system needs in order to live. If cloud is the answer, it is implemented because the problem asks for it, not because it is the product of this page.

We do not invent partnerships or certifications. The promise is a platform that can be maintained.

  • Systems and platform architecture
  • Cloud when the problem requires it
  • Databases and data infrastructure
  • DevOps and deployment
  • Integrating the platform with the systems it holds
  • Modernizing the technology foundation

Consulting runs through this work: diagnose, design, build and evolve.

How we approach it

The platform is designed for a system, not for a brochure.

  1. 01

    Diagnose the constraint

What limits growth today: data, deployment, environment, or an architecture nobody understands anymore.

  2. 02

    Design the platform

Boundaries, environments, data and operation. Cloud is an option, not the headline.

  3. 03

    Implement

We build the foundation the solution needs and leave it ready for routine deployment.

  4. 04

    Leave it operable

Monitoring, deployment and evolution. Infrastructure only its author understands is not finished.

Evidence

Visible capability. No standalone infrastructure case published.

The four public cases show systems put into production. The platform underneath that work is part of the engagement, but we do not publish a standalone infrastructure case study. We will not invent one.

Technical depth

What a CIO usually asks when the conversation is about platform.

  1. Architecture before vendor

First we decide what must stay stable. Cloud is chosen afterwards, if it fits.

  2. Data and bottlenecks

Many “infrastructure failures” are a data model or a read path that no longer holds the operation.

  3. Deployment as habit

If putting a change into production is an event, the platform does not yet hold the system.

Next conversation

If the foundation limits the next system, start with the foundation.

Tell us what does not scale or what the team will not touch. That is where the platform is designed.
