Systems integration
Systems do not need to become one to work as a single operation.
BRILER designs integrations around what each system knows and should keep knowing. The goal is not a connector. It is a connected operation.
The problem
Each system knows a different part of the same fact.
ERP, CRM, financial cores and new platforms often coexist without a clear contract. The same person, movement or status shows up with another meaning depending on who asks.
That is not fixed by copying fields. It is fixed by understanding responsibilities: which system is the source, what is transformed and what must not be overwritten.
What BRILER does
An architecture of exchange, not a cable between APIs.
We map the domain, the meaning of each entity and the flow the business needs. Then we build the integration: APIs, transformation, rules and the controls that keep the exchange from becoming a fragile shortcut.
A connector moves data. A well-designed integration moves meaning.
- ERP and CRM integration
- APIs and data exchange
- Domain mapping across systems
- Transformation and orchestration
- Connecting new platforms to legacy
- Responsibility rules per system
Consulting runs through this work: diagnose, design, build and evolve.
How we approach it
Meaning first. Then the bridge.
- 01
Map responsibilities
What each system knows, what it can emit and what it should not try to become.
- 02
Design the contract
Entities, flow direction and transformations. The bridge is drawn before it is written.
- 03
Build the exchange
APIs, jobs and validations that respect the contract. Automation enters when the meaning is already clear.
- 04
Operate the bridge
The integration is kept as a capability, not as a script nobody wants to touch.
Evidence
The case that best shows this work.
HubSpot ↔ Financial core
Two systems with different jobs. The bridge translates meaning; it does not try to turn both into the same system.
Read the caseAUTOGESTIÓN
A new channel that had to consume the existing core without rewriting the internal operation.
Read the caseERP-WEB
A modern platform that coexists and exchanges with the system it is replacing by capability.
Read the caseTechnical depth
What usually matters when an integration is evaluated.
Flow direction
Not everything is bidirectional. In HubSpot ↔ Core, contact enrichment into HubSpot is not a mirror of the whole domain.
Identity and matching
Before a record moves, we have to know who it is. Matching is part of the architecture, not an implementation detail.
Explicit transformation
Fields are not copied blindly. Each crossing declares what is translated, what is omitted and what stays in the source system.
Next conversation
If each system speaks a different language, let’s design the bridge.
Tell us what each platform knows. We start from responsibilities, not from the connector.
